Salesforce Business Analyst

Our client is one of the world’s leading publishing and events organizations, headquartered in London, UK. Presently, the company is looking for a seasoned Salesforce professional to work with the company’s existing Salesforce team to help create top-notch Sales, Subscription and CRM platforms across its three operating divisions.




What You'll Be Doing:

Thoroughly understanding and creating full documentation of the sales processes and associated business functions across the organization while covering the end-to-end client journey

Collaborating with the Sales and Product teams to understand the limitations of the existing platform, resolving typical business problems while determining ways for possible enhancements to sales, and associated processes and operations

Recording and assessing needs, user stories, use cases, test cases, specifications while making sure that they are clear, valid, consistent and testable
