They are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support the migration from a legacy Back Office CRM to Salesforce CRM. This role will play a key part in analysing existing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring a smooth transition to Salesforce while supporting business continuity, compliance, and adoption.
You will work closely with Product Owners, Salesforce Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders, acting as the bridge between business needs and Salesforce technical solutions.
