Job Description

We are expanding our team with a Salesforce Business Analyst, for a remote project, based in Portugal.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in a warranty context

Experience with Salesforce Service/CRM

Knowledge of case management, complaints, and warranty processes

Knowledge of integrations, data migration, and reporting/KPIs

Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence

Knowledge of SAP (preferred)

Availability for occasional travel to the client’s location

Fluency in English
