Salesforce Business Analyst Role

Drive business solutions as a Salesforce Business Analyst in our Deal Manager and Customer IQ teams. This role focuses on stakeholder communication, requirement gathering, and business process ownership.
We are looking for two experienced Business Analysts with a strong Salesforce background to enhance our development processes. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business objectives and the required documentation in Confluence. Daily responsibilities include monitoring Teams channels, guiding intake processes, and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout project stages.
