**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshooting in B2B Commerce and Experience Cloud environments
- Working with the user base to understand enhancement requirements and coordinating with a team of 6-8 people
- Reporting status to the NTT leadership team as per communication cadence
- Vendor coordination as applicable
**Requirements**:
- 5 or more years of experience with CloudCraze
- Experience with B2B Commerce Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Extensive knowledge of Apex plus experience with Lightning Web Components
- Salesforce Apex
- Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze)
- SOAP/REST
- WSDL
- Postman/Insomnia and similar tools
- CLI
- SFDC Utility or similar middleware solutions
- Jira, Bitbucket, Sourcetree, Jenkins, IntelliJ, Eclipse, Visual Studio
