Salesforce Cloud Solution Architect

**Primary Purpose:**



The Salesforce Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the enterprise-wide architecture and development of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud within the global Salesforce Center of Excellence. Reporting to the Sr. Manager and Architect – Global MTS Applications, this position is responsible for designing scalable, customer-centric solutions, leading integrations with external systems, and driving Agile delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The architect also oversees the development team, ensuring successful execution of projects and ongoing support initiatives.



**Responsibilities:**



Architect, design, code, and implement new features and functionalities on the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud platform following Clarios SFDC development standards and Experience Cloud best practices, making sure they are scalable.
