Salesforce Communications Cloud Architect

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Salesforce Communications Cloud Architect to lead the design and delivery of Communications Cloud implementations for telco clients. You'll own the solution architecture, guide delivery teams, and act as the technical authority on Communications Cloud and OmniStudio across complex telco programmes. This is a hands-on architecture role for someone who has taken multiple telco implementations from design through to go-live.

Solution Architecture & Design

• Define the end-to-end Communications Cloud architecture for telco clients
• Lead design workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Translate telco business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions
