Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to support a nonprofit organization implementing Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. This role will work closely with nonprofit stakeholders to translate mission-driven goals into effective Salesforce solutions, ensuring the platform supports fundraising, programs, and constituent engagement.

This is a hands-on consulting role combining discovery, configuration, and advisory work, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, empathy for nonprofit operations, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with nonprofit stakeholders to understand business processes, goals, and constraints
• Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate needs into Salesforce solutions
• Configure Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud to support fundraising, programs, case management, and reporting needs
• Design and implement data models, automations, and security aligned with nonprofit best practices
