Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Salesforce Sales, Service & Experience Cloud
Build automation using Flows and workflows
Develop and manage Experience Cloud portals
Implement case management, service console & omni-channel
Create reports, dashboards & analytics
Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Sales, Service & Experience Cloud
Salesforce configuration & customization
Experience with Flows, Lightning, and basic Apex (preferred)
Good communication & problem-solving skills
