Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ & Billing Lead with strong techno-functional expertise and hands-on production support experience.
This role will drive end-to-end implementations across Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud, while also owning post-go-live stability, enhancements, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions.
- Own complex pricing, quoting, billing rules, invoicing, and revenue schedules.
- Manage production support, troubleshoot critical issues, and drive root cause resolution.
