Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle , from design to deployment
- Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with banking regulations and security standards
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Oversee custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integrations
- Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, security, and governance
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects
- Manage integrations with core banking systems, APIs, and third-party platforms
- Support release management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategy
