Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle, from design to deployment
- Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with banking regulations and security standards
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
