Role Mission

Lead technical delivery and architecture across Salesforce initiatives, guiding developers and admins while enforcing Well-Architected principles, code quality, and secure-by-design practices.

Key Responsibilities

Define solution architecture (data/security model, integrations, LWC/Apex patterns)

Lead estimations, technical design, code reviews, and test/CI/CD strategy

Govern release processes, risk management, and performance tuning

Mentor engineers; foster standards and learning paths/certifications
