Salesforce Developer

Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer (5–8 years of experience) to support a CRM consolidation and migration initiative into Salesforce . This role will work closely with a Solution Architect and a Mid-Level Developer , acting as a technical leader and escalation point while remaining hands-on in development. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce engineering expertise, supports technical decision-making, and ensures high-quality delivery across the implementation. Key Responsibilities Lead hands-on development of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform tools Act as a technical escalation point for the mid-level developer and support problem resolution Collaborate with the Solution Architect on design decisions and implementation strategies Support CRM migration activities including data transformation, validation, and integration Design and build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Ensure best pra...
