Responsibilities/Qualifications

Candidate MUST have the following:

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in implementing, upgrading, or supporting any of the technologies listed in the section 3.3.1.11 of the Annex A – Statement of Work;
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in developing, testing, documenting, and implementing program/code and configuration changes to software applications;
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience, within the last ten (10) years in reviewing functional requirements and specifications and providing advice;
