Salesforce Developer

Reporting to the Head of Technology
Roles and Responsibilities -
Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Flows, Visualforce, JavaScript, and HTML.
Provide application support, resolve production issues within SLA, and manage user roles, security, and profiles.
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and handle bulk data migration.
Collaborate with business users on system enhancements, integrations, and operational support.
Manage sandbox environments and deploy changes per standard procedures.
Utilize Salesforce DataLoader and Excel for data manipulation.
Train users, create documentation, and support cross-functional projects. Design and maintain business reports and dashboards (regular and ad-hoc).
Requirements -
Minimum 2 years exposure on application support.
