The Salesforce Development Manager will lead a team to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, managing the full development lifecycle, setting technical strategy and a roadmap, and collaborating with stakeholders to align with business goals.

The office is based in Leicester City Centre and you would need to be able to commute to the office at least once a week.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure successful delivery throughout the Software Development Lifecycle through proactive leadership.

• Ensure development occurs to a high set of industry standards, minimising Technical Debt, considering security and creating supporting documentation.
• Conduct code reviews to resolve conflicts and act as an escalation point where required.
