Salesforce Lead Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer Team Lead to join VI Hub Services Inc. In this role, you will drive the technical strategy and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions while leading and mentoring developers and interns. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions and integrations
• Architect and build custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
• Configure objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and approval processes
• Write efficient SOQL and SOSL queries
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, and resolve complex technical issues
• Support data migration, deployments, and system optimizations
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards
