Salesforce Lead

Role: Salesforce/CloudSense Lead
Location: Singapore

We are looking for a Salesforce/CloudSense Lead who will drive large-scale digital transformation across CRM and Order Management platforms. You will lead the design and delivery of Salesforce and CloudSense solutions, ensuring high-quality, scalable systems that support complex enterprise sales and order journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution delivery across the SDLC – from requirements to production. Own technical design and delivery for Salesforce and CloudSense implementations.
• Drive product modelling, pricing, and order orchestration using CloudSense CPQ.
• Define and enforce DevOps standards including CI/CD, automation, and testing. Partner with business, IT, and vendors to deliver enterprise-grade CRM and OM solutions.
• Ensure system stability, performance, security, and continuous improvement.
