Roles and Responsibilities

+ Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Experience with Data Cloud is a strong plus.

+ Act as the primary Salesforce solution advisor to business stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and implementation strategies.

+ Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers, administrators, and integration teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.

+ Design and oversee implementation using Salesforce declarative capabilities and programmatic development (Apex, Triggers, LWCs, Batch Jobs, Platform Events, Flows).
