Role Description
SFMC Consultant/Technical Architect:

• Expert in SFMC configurations (custom & OOTB), SSJS, SQL, and building complex multi‑system integration.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP for personalization and scalable journeys.
• Hands‑on with data modeling, APIs, customer segmentation, and integrating SFMC with CRM and external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, AWS)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define personalization strategies and customer journeys.
