The role typically focuses on translating business needs into technical requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
· Backlog Management: Maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog at the story level, ensuring it aligns with the PO's strategic priorities.
· Requirement Engineering: Gathering functional requirements and writing detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
· Requirement Clarification: Serving as the first point of contact for the development team to explain complex user stories.
· Agile Facilitation: Assisting in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; often leading daily stand-ups.
