Salesforce Project Manager

A Salesforce Project Manager leads the planning and delivery of Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and optimisation projects across platforms such as Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud. This role is responsible for defining project scope, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring solutions are delivered in line with business requirements and platform best practices. The role also supports stakeholder communication, delivery governance, risk management, and quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules for Salesforce initiatives. Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to define scope, priorities, and success criteria.
