Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Design and execute test plans, write test scripts, prepare data for testing, regression testing, and UAT processes to ensure high‑quality releases. 
Do Functional, Configuration, customization, security, and ongoing optimization testing on Salesforce platform. 
Lead QA efforts for all Salesforce changes, including new features, enhancements, integrations, and bug fixes. 
Identify risks early and proactively address issues before they reach production. 
Ensure delivery of quality releases in a timely manner on customer engagements. 
Work within a team of Salesforce QA engineers and testers, and establish as well as consistently improve testing best practices. 
Coordinate with the development team to ensure all bug fixes are checked‑in; environments are stable and ready for use; customer communication is ongoing and open; and releases are properly tested, documented, and validated.
