Salesforce Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Pre‑sales: Assisting the leadership team in scoping, planning, and onboarding activities associated with project resourcing and client projects, including involvement in pre‑sales activities as required
• Facilitation of requirements gathering: Ensuring client solution requirements are understood and met by applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the Salesforce platform to design optimal client solutions.
• Solution Architecture: Creating and delivering innovative, client‑focused Salesforce solutions through team leadership, strong teamwork, initiative, and collaboration.
• Delivery: Leading the delivery of assigned client projects in collaboration with the Project manager and contributing at all stages of project delivery in accordance with VisDM standards and principals.
• Execution: Lead by example by being hands on and deliver best in class custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
