Salesforce Solution Engineer

We are working with a renowned Salesforce Partner who are looking for a Salesforce Solution Engineer who will play a key role in shaping technical solutions during the pre‑sales process and help translate business requirements into effective Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Pre‑sales and client engagement - work with Sales and Senior colleagues to support discovery sessions, scope definition and proposal development.
• Build and deliver compelling demos and solutions tailored to client needs and requirements.
• Translate business challenges into Salesforce solutions with clear proposition values.
• Help lead Solution Architecture, data modelling and system design across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data, NPC etc.).
• Configure Salesforce using native tools.
• Guide clients on platform implementations and capabilities and provide hands‑on support during delivery, UAT and go‑live.
