Salesforce System Administrator (Remote)

We are looking to add an experienced Salesforce System Administrator to the growing Revenue Operations Team, here at Percona, to support the administration and architecture efforts in Salesforce and related applications. You will partner with business leadership to optimize, customize, and design the org configuration to meet the needs of the business based on industry best practices. As our Salesforce System Administrator, you will help manage our CRM and related systems and be part of a team for day-to-day Salesforce support. This position will support improving the technology infrastructure while minimizing the disruption to the end user. 

What You Will Do

All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD.

Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layout...
