SALESFORCE TEAM LEAD

As Salesforce Team Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and driving OBI’s digital transformation. You will build and lead a dedicated Salesforce team within OBI Smart Technologies Poland.

In this role, you will act as both a people leader and a strategic partner to the business, ensuring that our Salesforce ecosystem delivers measurable value, scalability, and innovation across multiple business areas.You combine the mindset of a Business Analyst, the communication skills of a Product Owner, and the technical vision of a Solution Architect. Working closely with OBI’s business units in marketing, commerce, operations, and customer service, you will translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while keeping the overall platform strategy and synergies in mind.
