Job Description

                    Responsibility
Engage clients & prospects and conduct technical presentation meetings on Salesforce.com  
Design robust architectural solutions for enterprise-level Salesforce implementations  
Provide solution design expertise spanning across multiple industries  
Shape a digital blueprint and technology roadmap  
Plan and lead solution delivery requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing, migration and deployment  
Ability to understand pain areas of business and present workable solutions  
Project manage resources and delivery of business implementation successfully  
Manage robust teams of Salesforce.com delivery team members, including BAs, Tech Leads, Architects, Developers & QA  
Define and execute best practices in solution analysis, design and implementation  
Document solution for IT and client reference
