Salesman cpt - southern suburbs

Job Purpose:

To provide an exceptional level of service to current and prospective customers relating to all parts being sold over the counter, online, or any other platform. The Salesman will assist the customer in understanding the products and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and renewals, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications and/or Experience: Customer Care and/or Marketing diploma, degree and/or relevant experience At least 3 years’ experience within Customer Care/Sales Experienced with a number of systems Full understanding of design and production costs to include waste, downtime, scrap, and re-work Experience within the sales environment within the automotive industry Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Automotive Parts (Non-Negotiable) Computer literate Excellent telephone etiquette Own transport & valid driver’s license Duties & Responsibilities
