Sales/Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Sales/Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bogota. You will be working behind the scenes to support sales teams, organize leads, and execute marketing initiatives. You will play a critical role in qualifying prospects, managing follow-ups, and supporting digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Support
Receive and organize leads from ads, landing pages, and CRM systems.
Conduct basic lead qualification (budget, territory, timeline, interest).
Schedule discovery calls and meetings for franchise sales executives.
Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and SMS.
Maintain accurate CRM records (notes, stages, follow-ups).
Marketing Support
Assist with digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
Support email marketing and drip campaigns.
Manage basic social media posting and engagement.
Help prepare marketing materials (presentations, brochures, pitch decks).
