About the role:

This is a key role in our Farm management team reporting to the Salmon Farm Manager, assisting to grow our king salmon in a healthy, sustainable way that maximises growth and minimises feed wastage.

You will primarily be responsible for leading teams in developing and implementing feeding strategies to minimise FCR, training and educating team members, managing feed volumes, equipment and environmental monitoring.
