Role Overview

As the Salon Academy Manager, you will support the Sr. Academy Manager in planning and coordinating Academy activity, managing operations, inventory, and assisting communication and execution of all Academy programs. You are responsible for all operational activities and the execution of Academy programs, events, and attendee engagement, with additional support to field education with administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Help execute all operational planning, set‑up, tear‑down, day‑of coordination/follow‑up for Kao Salon Academy programs, custom events, and on‑site company meetings. Ensure programs meet Kao Salon Academy Standards for the ultimate enhanced experience, meeting high service and personalized support standards. (55%)
