Job Title: Management Trainee (Salon Operations)

Working days: 5-6 days a week

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in daily wellness studio operations, including class scheduling, client registration, and front-desk support
• Ensure excellent customer service by handling client inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly
• Staff management
• Coordinate with stylists, therapists, and beauty artists to deliver smooth and high-quality sessions
• Support wellness events, workshops, and promotional activities to enhance client engagement
• Monitor studio upkeep, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards
