Salon Operations & Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Operations & Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, appointment scheduling, and maintaining a hygienic, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Staff Leadership: Hire, train, motivate, and mentor employees, including creating duty rosters and conducting performance reviews.
• Financial & Sales Performance: Drive revenue by monitoring sales KPIs, promoting services and products, and handling financial reporting.
• Inventory & Supplies: Manage stock levels, order, and inventory beauty products and equipment.
• Client Relations: Resolve client issues, ensure high-quality service delivery, and maintain a positive salon reputation.
