Salt and Stone Service Bartender

**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** Responsible for providing drink service while ensuring guests are served, and ensuring all procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed. You will report to the Food & Beverage Manager/Beverage Manager.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. Prepare drinks correctly for service staff promptly in the order they are received.
2. Maintain inventory control through conscientious use of proper measuring tools according to established recipes.
3. Collect payment from service staff and tender checks through accurate cash handling practices for a variety of payment transactions in a point-of-sale terminal system.
4. Prepare garnishes.
5. Maintain cleanliness, and a safe, hazard-free work environment within your responsibilities.
6. Inform management of any product shortages, equipment failures or staffing issues in a timely manner.
