Sample Handler

+ Management of samples from receiving, internal distribution through lab testing to dispatch dispositioning using database software and basic Microsoft programs such as MS Word and Excel.

+ Checking samples against sample requirement and raising any issues to Project team.

+ Ensure samples are managed within quality process and in compliance with according the UL Quality and accreditation process requirements.

+ Working with teams to ensure samples are ready and available for test start internal customers and stored in the correct location.

+ Communicating and guiding internal customers on sample return via phone and email.

+ Support laboratory, engineering and shipping/receiving teams.

+ May also be responsible for maintenance of the warehouse.

+ Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.
