Sample Management Assistant (Lab)

Responsibilities

• Specimen management task including: Tracking, receiving, unpacking, and scanning of diagnostic specimens into database.
• Maintain specimen storage inventory.
• Communicate sample discrepancies with internal teams and assist with problem sample resolution.
• Prepare & coordinate shipments between Medpace & other labs; tasks include preparing airwaybill, pulling & packing of samples.
• Attend inter-department meetings and review study materials to extract information for shipment document....
