- Define quotas and technical criteria for field and telephone surveys.
- Create questionnaires aligned with the client's objectives and the expected analytical cross-references.
- Generate actionable insights from the collected data.
- Prepare technical sheets and rigorously document each sample design.
- Act as a bridge between the operational area, strategic management and the client.
