We're looking for an experienced Sampling Head to lead the end-to-end sampling function—from the first sketch to the approved sealed sample. This is a high-impact role where you'll build and manage the sampling room, lead pattern masters and sample tailors, and ensure speed, fit accuracy, and manufacturability across the pre-production process.

✅ Strong experience in Women's Western Wear
✅ Hands-on expertise in Richpeace
✅ Proven experience in 2D Pattern Making, 3D Virtual Sampling, Fit Trials, Tech Pack Sign-offs & Bulk Handover
✅ Background in Apparel Manufacturing / Garment Factories preferred
✅ Ability to build scalable and efficient sampling systems
