About The Team
The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Conduct screening activities, including OFAC and Information Sharing, to ensure screening occurs as intended, alerts are actioned and resolved appropriately, and documentation and reporting supports the screening processes.
- Escalate potential positive results from screening systems for further review
- Complete regular and periodic training and coaching in various sanction and screening fields
- Build strong partnerships with businesses to drive and accelerate the execution of sanctions programs that directly impact business performance.
