Sanitary Design Engineer

The Sanitary Design Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and implementing sanitary and plumbing systems for commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, and land development projects. This role ensures compliance with local and national codes, prepares technical specifications, and provides engineering support throughout design and construction phases. The engineer collaborates closely with project teams to deliver functional, safe, and efficient water distribution, drainage, and waste management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sanitary/plumbing designs, including water distribution, sewer, vent layouts, storm drainage, and floor drain layouts, in compliance with approved designs and code requirements.
• Perform calculations for water demand, pump schedules, pipe sizing, rainwater tanks, drainage pits, septic tanks, and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) flow rates.
