Sanitation Officer

Overview

To ensure implementation of Food Sanitation and Microbiology and cleaning Program on site as per PI guidelines provided through Foods Sanitation Manual. Develop site capability for Food Sanitation and Microbiology, cleaning program through trainings, assessment and engagement on site.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure to maintain plant in a clean and hygienic manner all the time through execution and compliance of PepsiCo Food Safety standards, Foods sanitation manual compliances, AIB & FSSC 22000 guidelines and regulatory requirements.
2. Manage all microbiology laboratory related tasks in effective manner including microbiological risk assessments
3. Manage the Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS) program in specific and monitor sanitation compliance system of the facility
4. Ensure to conduct sanitation Gap Assessment and corrective actions, of site in accordance with the Global Standards guidelines.
