Job Description

The Sanitation Supervisor supervises the janitorial staff and dishwashers; effectively manages the cleanliness, sanitation and organization of all work areas and facilities consistent with food safety standards to promote the production of safe and quality food products.

• Coordinates and prepares the plant to be audit ready every day.
• Supervises the training and daily activities of sanitation personnel.
• Plans and coordinates cleaning schedules and the proper allocation of resources (sanitation staff, equipment and supplies)
