Key Responsibilities (Core) Solution Delivery & Development Analyse functional specifications and translate them into robust technical solutions.
Develop and enhance SAP ABAP solutions including:
Reports (ALV), enhancements, workflows, interfaces, conversions, forms, and data extracts.
ABAP Objects (OO), modularisation, reusable components, and clean coding practices.
Build and support integrations using technologies such as IDoc , BAPI , RFC , file-based interfaces, and APIs (e.g., OData where applicable). Develop and support SAP forms (Smart Forms / Adobe Forms / SAPscript depending on environment).
Perform technical impact assessments for changes and upgrades.
Support & Incident Resolution Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support, including debugging, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.
Resolve performance issues and optimise ABAP code (especially for S/4 HANA/HANA environments where relevant).
