Key Responsibilities (Core)
Solution Delivery & Development
Analyse functional specifications and translate them into robust technical solutions.
Develop and enhance SAP ABAP solutions including:
Reports (ALV), enhancements, workflows, interfaces, conversions, forms, and data extracts.
ABAP Objects (OO), modularisation, reusable components, and clean coding practices.
Build and support integrations using technologies such as IDoc, BAPI, RFC, file-based interfaces, and APIs (e.g., OData where applicable).
Develop and support SAP forms (SmartForms / Adobe Forms / SAPscript depending on environment).
Perform technical impact assessments for changes and upgrades.
Support & Incident Resolution
Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support, including debugging, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.
