Vendor and Service Management

• Manage AMS vendor performance and delivery of SAP ABAP solutions.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Review deliverables and ensure compliance with technical requirements.

Technical Leadership

• Establish and enforce ABAP development standards and best practices.
• Review and approve technical designs and specifications.
