Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, code, and test application components across multiple client projects.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the development team.
Collaborate with and manage team members to ensure high performance and delivery quality.
Take responsibility for team-level decisions and technical approaches.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key architectural and design decisions.
Provide solutions to complex technical issues, both within the immediate team and across teams.
Lead team meetings to track progress, discuss challenges, and align on next steps.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements.
Review, refactor, and optimize existing codebases to improve performance and maintainability.
Required Skills: Primary Skill:
