Key Responsibilities (KRAs - Key Responsibility Areas) Resolve SAP B1 issues raised by clients efficiently and effectively. 
Support installations, upgrades & implementations 
Deliver excellent client service and understand business needs 
Maintain and grow your SAP B1 knowledge continuously
