Business Analyst – Change & Adoption (Finance, HR & SAP)

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong change management focus to support the successful adoption of business and technology change initiatives. This role emphasises stakeholder engagement, communication, training and organisational readiness.

Key responsibilities:

• Elicit and document business and functional requirements with a strong change lens
• Assess change impacts, organisational readiness and adoption risks
• Develop and execute change management, communication and training plans
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to build alignment and buy-in
• Act as a liaison between business and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding
• Monitor adoption and stakeholder feedback, recommending corrective actions as needed
